Admission for Balenciaga in Black, on view in the Piano Pavilion, is as follows:

  Wednesdays–Sundays Half-price Tuesdays;
Half-price Friday evenings (5–8 p.m.)

All tickets are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged. Admission is always FREE to view the Museum's permanent collection.

SAME-DAY TICKETS are available for purchase at the Visitor Services Desk in the Piano Pavilion Lobby. Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Checks are not accepted. A free audio tour is available on the Balenciaga in Black app, which is available at kimbellart.org/Balenciagaapp or on a Kimbell iPad, which can be borrowed from the Visitor Services Desk. 

ADVANCE-PURCHASE TICKETS are available for purchase online by clicking Buy Tickets Now. Tickets for a specific date must be purchased at least twenty-four hours before you wish to attend the exhibition. Advance tickets will be held at Will Call, available for pick-up at the Visitor Services Desk in the Piano Pavilion Lobby. 

HALF-PRICE ADMISSION TICKETS for Tuesdays and Friday evenings are available for purchase exclusively at the Visitor Services Desk in the Piano Pavilion Lobby. Half-price tickets are not available for advance purchase.

MUSEUM POLICIES
• The gallery attendants are here both to protect the artworks and provide assistance to our visitors.
• Nonflash photography is permitted throughout the galleries unless otherwise noted.
• Sketching with pencils is allowed in the galleries provided that walkways are kept clear and visitors’ access is not obstructed.
• Free parcel check is available for backpacks, umbrellas, tripods, and other bulky items. These are not permitted in the galleries.
• Please do not touch the artworks, frames, or cases or use objects to point at them, and maintain at least a twelve-inch distance.
• Exhibition tickets are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
• Food or drink of any kind is not permitted in the Museum galleries.
• Documented service animals are welcomed.
• Unscheduled lecturing to groups is not permitted.
• We ask that cell phones be turned to silent mode while inside the Museum. Please use discretion with phone conversations in the galleries.
• Neither smoking nor carrying weapons is permitted anywhere on the Museum campus.
